We can help you sell your item for a very competitive rate. Simply submit your pictures to us via our online form to receive a quote within 24 hours. Once you accept the quote, post it off to us to get paid once your item is sold for you.

- Attach clear images of your item from the front and back including all hardwares, corners, interior and any wear and tear
Our team of experts will carefully review your submission within 24-48 hours. We understand the value of your items and strive to provide a fair assessment. If your item/s are accepted, we will notify you promptly and guide you through the next steps.

*It is important to note that in the rare event that an item is deemed not authentic by our team, we will charge a fee of $100 AUD to cover the costs associated with authentication and posting the item back to you. This fee is necessary to ensure the integrity of our collection and to maintain the trust of our customers.
While most items sold quickly, we requires that the miminum term of consignment agreement be six weeks, this is to allow for adequate time to be given to explore all sales opportunities fully. Any early termination of this consignment agreement will incur a stocking fee of $100 AUD.
Do you authenticate items that I send it?
Yes, we pride ourselves in only dealing with 100% authentic items.
When you shop with us, you can rest assured as every items will have to pass our in-house authentication team and our authentication partners before listing. We always provide proof of authenticity for every orders even proof of purchase from the owner is provided.
If the item is proved to be a counterfeit, we will return the item back to you with an administration fee of $100 AUD to release the item.
What brands do you accept?
We accept all designer brands including Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, BVLGari, Burberry, Prada, Saint Laurent, Dior, Celine, Givenchy, Hermes, Loewe, Goyard, Salvatore Ferragamo, Dolce & Gabanna, Versace for consignment.
However we only accept handbags and small leather goods such as wallets. Shoes are only accepted where they are brand new with original receipt.
What are your payment methods?
We accept payments from all major credit cards (except American Express). The cards are charged via our secure payment partners: MasterCard, VisaCard, Credit card, and PayPal* for the order value.
We also offer friendly payment plan with a minimum of 20% deposit which will allow you to pay within 6 - 8 months towards the purchase price.
