Processing Time - For Australia

All items are shipped via our trusted partner Australia Post. We usually ship our items the next day (except weekends and public holidays). 

For Australia, we offer COMPLIMENTARY FREE EXPRESS shipping with Signature on delivery. Below is the estimated delivery times for different states and territories (for metro areas):

• Same state - up to 2 business days
• Interstate (to ACT, NSW, South Australia, VIC) - up to 2 business days 
• Interstate (Western Australia, Tasmania) - up to 3 business days
• Interstate (to Northern Territory) - up to 5 business days

Processing Time - For other countries

For all international shipping, the shipping costs are calculated based on the products dimensions and weight based on DHL shipping rates. This is calculated upon checkout.

We offer international shipping to most countries. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. In such instances, we may email you to ask if you would still like to proceed with the order with additional shipping fee. Items shipping to anywhere else in the world will arrive within 7-10 workings days, subject to any required customs clearance. 

*Please note, shipping times are based on the time from dispatched and are intended to be indicative only. Kelly's Authentic Boutique cannot bear responsibility for circumstances beyond its control such as delays in clearing customs, payment approval and other such matters.

Please be advised we are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses of any kind as the couriers we use require a signature to confirm delivery.

If you refuse a shipment from Kelly's Authentic Boutique or do not take necessary steps to retrieve your shipment after we have attempted delivery at your nominated shipping address you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Kelly's Authentic Boutique. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Exchange

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you like to exchange an item you will need to return the original item within 5 days after receiving the item, receive a refund and then you can place a new order.

*Most parcels are arriving on time, but delays may be experienced during peak hours including New Year, Easter and Christmas period. We're working hard to deliver the product to you as soon as possible!
