Our team will thoughtfully review your submission within 24 - 48 hours, ensuring a fair and respectful assessment of your items.
Consignment Terms
- It is important to note that in the rare event that an item is deemed not authentic by our team and by our authentication partners, we will charge a fee ofย $200 AUDย to cover the costs associated with authentication and posting the item back to you. This fee is necessary to ensure the integrity of our collection and to maintain the trust of our customers.
- If the condition of the consigned item is not as described upon receipt, we will engage in a discussion with the consignee regarding price adjustments. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse the item if it emits a strong odour or if the item is deemed unsaleable. Aย $50 stocking feeย per item will be applied.
- While most items are sold quickly, we require that the minimum term of the consignment agreement be 6 weeks, this is to allow for adequate time to be given to explore all sales opportunities. Any early termination of this consignment agreement will incur a stocking fee ofย $100 AUD plus return postage fees (if any).
- Please make sure to review all the Consignment Terms before signing the Consignment Contract. Once signed, the terms will take effect immediately.ย
