We accept payments from all major credit cards (except American Express). The cards are charged via our secure payment partners: MasterCard, VisaCard, Credit card, and PayPal* for the order value.

*Please note that it will be extra 4% for PayPal payment and Credit card companies may apply additional charges such as currency fees for international purchases.

Payment Plan Options

At Kelly's Authentic Boutique, we understand that sometimes you find that perfect item but may not be ready to make the full payment upfront. That's why we offer a friendly payment plan options that allow you to reserve merchandise with a minimum deposit of 20% towards the purchase price.

When you choose to put an item on payment plan, rest assured that it will be securely kept by Kelly's Authentic Boutique until the balance is paid off in full. This gives you the peace of mind knowing that your desired item is reserved exclusively for you.

We recommend making payments every two weeks, but you have the flexibility to pay sooner if you prefer. However, please note that all instalment payments must be completed within 6 - 8 weeks from the start of the instalment agreement. Please contact us at kellysauthentic@gmail.com if you need a longer plan upon purchase. 

In the event that you decide to cancel the payment plan, please be aware that the initial deposit will be forfeited. This is to cover any costs associated with reserving the item and potential loss of sales during the instalment period.

While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, we generally do not offer extensions beyond 1 - 2 weeks. If an instalment plan is not honoured by the agreed end date, it will be forfeited without warning and the item will be re-listed for sale. In such cases, the 20% deposit will be retained by Kelly's Authentic Boutique.

When you're ready to take advantage of our payment plan, simply proceed to checkout and select the "Payment Plan" option as your payment method. Our secure payment system will guide you through the process, allowing you to reserve your desired item with ease.

*Please note that if you do not have an Australian bank account you will need to email us kellysauthentic@gmail.com to arrange payment via Paypal friends and family.
