We authenticate designer handbags and wallets. Please note that we DON'T authenticate designer shoes, jewellery, belts, and watches.

How long does the authentication process take?
The authentication process might takes up to 24 hours (for exotic items), with most cases being completed instant (for popular items such as Neverfull totes, Gabrielle bags, Boy bags, OnTheGo totes, Classic Flaps, etc..
However, additional time may be needed to conduct a more detailed review in collaboration with our global authentication partners.
Do we provide certificate?
A digital certificate will only be provided if the item is verified as authentic.
We cannot issue a certificate for items determined to be fake. However, we can provide an “Unidentified” result.
Since the authentication process remains the same, a fee will still apply for items that cannot be identified.
Do I need to leave all my items at the shop?
We require the physical items for authentication, but once we’ve taken all the necessary photos, there’s no need for you to leave them at our shop.
Is it necessary to bring the box and dust bag for authentication?
We require the physical items for authentication, but once we’ve taken all the necessary photos, there’s no need for you to leave them at our shop.
The box, shopping bag, and dust bag aren't necessary for authentication, but we do need to examine items like the strap, padlock, key, and clochette, authenticity card if they are included.
